BECOMING A COACH: PART 2

NASPE/AAHPERD Press Releases

We continue this month with 3 more podcast presentations given by nationally renowned coaches in celebration of the life of legendary coach Phil Homeratha of Haskell University in Lawrence, Kansas.

This month's contributors include 3 outstanding basketball coaches: Chris Croft from the University of Nebraska, Haley White of Feather River Community College, and Mike Taylor from the Rio Grande Vipers (NBA Developmental League).

You can listen directly to these podcasts by clicking the links below. Each piece is fairly brief and ideally suited for sharing with individuals interested in coaching. They are also ideal for stimulating discussion in classes, seminars, and in coaching workshops about important coaching issues.

This edition of pelinks4u covers two months, June and July. It's a great time to catch up on articles you may have missed over the past few months. Remember, that you can access previous editions of pelinks4u by clicking the "archives" link under the navigation column on the left side of the page.

June-July's edition features 7 new and original articles. Brief introductions to each of these articles can be found if you scroll further down the page.

As this academic year draws to a close, all of us at pelinks4u wish you a great summer. We encourage you to make time to enjoy your family and friends, and to set specific activity goals to stay healthy.
