I love the game of golf. I think it is a great way to stay active when one gets older. I think Golf should be taught in physical education classes. Teacher need to show the students how beneficial this game can be for the students health. I know a lot of people ride in golf carts when they golf. I think teachers need to tell the students to walk when they are golfing. Walking while golfing is great exercise and is good for cardio and the muscles. |
