I'm a public health student working on developing a physical activity class and curricula for low-income pregnant and postpartum women. I'm looking for ideas on any existing programs that are out there and ideas on how to motivate behavior changes. This is meant to be a one-time informational class on how to exercise safely and ideas of incorporating physical activity into their day. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Robin Read Ochoa |

Have you tried searching website of the American College of Gynocologists and Obstetricians? I have found some help regarding safe limits of activity, target heart rate info, too. |
