I am a student teacher and need to teach fitness two days a week. I love fitness, but the only problem is the weather is ruining my plans. Does anyone have suggestions or games that are fun for fitness indoors. I am teaching at a high school that is adequate facilities. Thank you |

Stations work well for limited space. Try to balance "fun" activities with fitness activities. The kids won't want to do that very often though. Fitness videos are an option. I'm curious if anyone here else has suggestions for those videos. |

I found that HS students enjoy doing activities they did when they were little kids. They love different relay races, wheel barrel races, 3 legged races, scooters, and a variety of tag games. Simple, childhood activities they really don’t get the chance to do anymore. No one will organize them and do these things because they are older. They’re simple and raise their heart rates. Give it a shot. |
