I feel that one of the biggest concerns of child obesity is the fact that they have no good role models to look up to in that area. Many teachers are very lazy and show poor habits to their students. As teachers, we need to advocate an overall healthy lifestyle for the benefit of ourselves and most importantly, our students. If we want the "New PE" to actually become a true reality, we must get the ball rolling on our own individual lifestyle habits. |
