In my opinion, this person should see a doctor. Over the hcounter sleeping pills are not made to be taken on a regular basis, they're for the person who occasionally has trouble sleeping. If this person really has that much trouble falling asleep, they need to see a doctor and hopefully find other methods to sleep. |
