I am a physical education undergrad, and was wondering if its a good idea to incorporate a fitness plan and health program in one of my lessons?

I too am a Physical Education undergrad. I think it is important to incorporate as much fitness and health into your plans as possible. You will get use to and learn how to develop correct fitness plans for certain people. If you don't like certain things, you can always change up the way you have been putting these types of plans together.
