I am going to school for Health and Physical Education and teaching health is completely different then teaching PE. What are some good ways to keep your health class interesting if you yourself do not like sitting through lecture classes and giving lectures. I do not want my students to get the vibe off me that I am not enjoying or interested in what I am teaching

Get them moving and active in the class.
Set up Wiki Webquest pages so that students have to research and learn information that you have selected for them - have them prepare a project individually or in a group.
These are a couple of ideas that may be helpful!
