I am a current El. ED student in Minnesota and in a recent PE methods course, we discussed how to grade PE students. What is the best criteria to use when grading students in PE? |

We are experimenting with a self assessment at the middle school. Rubrics include time on task, listening, following directions and procedures, cooperation, sportsmanship and individual effort. This seems to be working very well and students are harder on themselves than we are. |

We are in the process of developing a grading system for our high school class. Currently we are using P/F but want to start using letter grades. Are there any articles or websites that have information that deals with grading physical education classes? |
