Attached is a copy of the SC legislation. Some of the highlights include:
* Doubles elementary PE time
* Adds 150 min of PA/PE per week
* Makes the elementary PE teacher the PA director for the school
* Makes the assessment program K-12 mandatory and reports the program score to pareants on the school report card
* Sends fitness reports to pareants in the 5th, 8th and 9th grades.
