Most elementary students love tag warm up games. But from my experience, they wear themselves out from the warmup. What do you recommend for a warmup that won't wear out the kids? |

I would recommend enforcing rules on their speeds at the beginning of the warm up. Allow them to just walk for a few minutes then they can start to gallop and skip for a few more minutes then eventually get into running and full speed. Enforce paces and locomotor movement. |
