Is this the thing with the springs on it? And the kids stand on it and it helps them get their body weight up to the bar? I have one and have never used it. I got it at a time when getting anything installed like that was a major runaround, and it his just sitting there in a box. I am not sure the directions are with it any longer. Make me an offer. |

Jim, here is a picture of some homemade modified pull-up bars I made...is this what you mean?....Cost me around $7 each to make. I hope this attachment works.

There is one where I work out. You can also do dips on it with weight adjustment. I will check tomorrow about it. |

Are you talking about the incline board with the pulleys and ropes? You basically pull up your own weight? |
