Does anyone happen to know of any good activities for teaching elementary students about specific muscle groups. Ex. Deltoid

I combine my muscle groups with a routine for each of my 7 units I teach throughout the year: Soccer - kids come in, jog, etc. then stretch the quads (lying on side) while I ask them, "How many muscles? What is it's function? Where is it?". Then they strengthen by doing lunges. Then we do our 1/2 mile run/jog fitness test using the "quads", then do soccer activities using our "quads".
I do the same for basketball - gastrocs - shuttle run
Rock Climbing - abs - curl-up test
Volleyball/Tumbling - Hamstrings - VSit
Cricket - Triceps - push-ups.
We do Dance but in a different format.
As you can see, you can do any muscle group (or two) with any unit.
