I was just hoping someone had suggestions for me. I am an elementary education teacher teaching summer school PE (K-3). I have 3 Kindergarteners that will not listen to me - and I have tried everything I can think of to motivate them to. Hopefully someone has a suggestion on how to handle individual behavior problems in that young of age. We do not have homerooms since it is a summer program. I am not use to teaching PE so this is a new situatino for me - any help appreciated!!! |

Sit their butts down by a tree or on a bench. (Seperated) and call their parents. Why do K kids have summer PE? |

Hi Jessica! Don't despair! It isn't you...it is the age group! I remember my student teaching experience with kindergarteners. I thought I might have gone into the wrong field! :-) As for what to do with them regarding PE, check out www.speedstacks.com. There is a section for instructors, and I would be happy to answer any questions from my experiences with my kids. Have a Great Day! Julie
