I am doing a volunteer gig for the Police department at Union Park on March 14th. They are promoting fitness for the youth and needed somebody to do the fitness. I graciously volunteered, but then found out that they have absolutely NO equipment. I am going to run it in 20 minute sections aged 3-6 6-10 and 10+. Can anybody give me some game ideas besides tag games that I could use for those age groups without equipment? |
