There always seems to be a big controversy over whether or not students should have to wear uniforms for PE. I believe it is crucial for the students to wear uniforms. If they are participating in physical activity and raising their heart rate, breathing rate, and body temperature they are going to be sweating and need to be in other clothes. It's bad enough that there is not enough time in PE for students to take showers! I believe the colors of the uiform should not matter. As long as it is a change of clothes!
