I believe that dynamic stretching should always be done before any physical activity. Static stretching has been proven to be effective only after you are done with physical activity for a cool down. Before you do physical activity you should do a series of dynamic movements to get blood flowing to your muscles and your body temperature to get warmer so you can participate to your best ability during your physical activity. |
