I think that running is a great physical activity that almost everyone can do the rest of their lives to keep in shape. If I wanted to teach a P.E. class on cross country running, trail running etc.. how would I teach this to students? Would you teach form, teach in the outdoor trail enviroment? Any Ideas? |
