In every sport there is conditioning at the high school level. In soccer, I played under some coaches that had us practice 3 times a day every monday through friday. The first two practices were all conditioning with the last practice skill and drill oriented. And some coaches that made us practice 2 times a day during conditioning with the morning practice more conditioning oriented and the practice later in the day more about drills and team play. Which is more effective, having 2 a days or 3 a days? |
