Mainly the only difference between indoor and outdoor pole vaulting is the weather and climate. Are there certain drills to do outdoor that you can't do indoor? Also, the opposite, indoor drills that you can't do outdoor? Some vaulters struggle mentally with the challenge of the climate. Is there a way to help the vaulters not think so much about the weather and concentrate solely on their vault? |
