We've all had our coaches that were also our teachers in the classroom. But we always wonder, does it promote favoritism? I found that the answer is no. Almost all of my coaches were my teachers and principles and we athletes recieved no special treatment. We were actually help in higher honors and pushed to achieve a higher level of excellence. |
