We all grow up playing little league sports. However there comes a time when some kids become discouraged as they grow older. Not all children develope at the same age and often times do not recieve as much playing time than there more developed teammates. At what age do coaches need to consider the mental development of the children over winning a game? I'm interested when it becomes ok to start these win at all costs mentality. |
