I think co-ed leagues could be fun. For adults, it could be a great way for married couples to stay in shape while spending time with one another. Also, for those who are single, they can be a great way to meet new people. |

I think co-ed adult leagues are a good idea. I am in a co-ed volleyball league at home and it is a blast. |

They should have them in some sports. Baseball/softball would not work I dont think as they get older. However, sports like basketball and volleyball could be coed and they would work. Rec leagues like that i think would work, be succsessful and popular. |

Yes, they should have co-ed adult leagues because it is important to stay in shape and physically active. Co-ed adult leagues are a good way to stay physically fit and have fun at the same time with all kinds of people. They need more co-ed adult leagues. |

Co ed leagues sound good but i believe they should not have them. It just doesnt work for everybody. The strength advantages and competititiveness of men may cause more harm and injury than good for the league. You might be able to get away with co ed volleyball but not sports like baseball/softball, basketball, or hockey just to name a few. |
