Hello Milan, I was a swimmer in High school so maybe I can help you out. For warm-ups we would norman swim 200yds, kick 200yds, and then do off-strokes for 200 yds. As far as the distance that can be lowered by age but the different strokes and kicks seems like a pretty standard thing. Practice workouts is a little different. It would be good to split the kids up, you don't want someone who can swim a 24 second 50 doing the same workout as someone who can only swim a 30 sec, and visa versa, one wouldn't be working hard enouhgt, and one working too much. |
