I'm still a sophomore in college but I sometimes wonder how I go about getting a coaching job. I've always had a great knowledge for the game of football. The x's and o's were always so intriguing to me and I absolutely love seeing how plays develop and creating others. But I don't know how to get "in" with the football coaching staffs. Is there a certain process or procedure I must follow? |
