When I coach younger age groups how do I know when I am pushing to far?

It’s not easy with younger groups of kids especially because there is usually a broad range of abilities. You need to make sure they kids have fun but push them turn the drills into races or events that they can compete in. If it’s too hard the kids will either start to complain or stop trying and they will lose focus. You can push the kids just make it fun and make sure that if some kids struggle you work with them just as much as the better kids. Just do what you think is best.
