When I was playing sports in high school we always had a few athletes that were not good enough to make the team but the coaches would just cut them until the following year. So my question would be should I have the few who weren't going to make the team be on a practice team that would train and practice with the team? So they could be in better shape and know the game play I want my athletes to know when their playing out on the field. Or would it be too many kids there and maybe to many distractions? |
