Can a team have too many captains? I know as a senior in high school my soccer team had 5 captains including myself. I felt as if some of the captains roles were taken away because there were too many of us and the team wouldnt completely respond. It felt like the number of captains was a joke to them. What are some ideas on the number of captains a team should have? As a high school coach in my future, I will have to face this decision and would like some input on this issue. |
