Should it be manditory for an athlete to read the rule book of the sport he or she is playing? |

I think an athlete should have to read the rule book for the sport they are playing. I have encountered problems with athletes not knowing the rules and losing the game because of it. |

I believe you should have the athlete read the rule book of the sport because it gives them a better understanding of the sport. Then when there are updates on the rules you should just tell them and not make them read the whole rule book again. |
