Should it be allowed to keep players on a team solely to fill roster spots? What if it is college and they clearly lack talent and proficiency at several key skills for the sport? What if they put more effort in at practices than the starting short-stop, who's also the team captain? Does anyone other than taht person benefit from staying on the team? |
