Often warm up exercises get really boring, does anyone have some good and fun warm up ideas? |

I recommend that you use a dynamic warm-up (skipping, slides, butt-kicks, etc.) and play some music. You can use a game or a dance as a warm-up depending on the age of your students. Are you coaching or teaching PE, and what is the grade level? |

You could also start by doing an instant activity at the beginning of class to get the kids to play a game or do an activity to get them to burn some energy so that they are calm when you need to talk to them about the lesson. Have a white board with the activity written on and it and have it already set up when they enter the gym so they are moving as soon as they get there. |
