What methods of discipline should be used to discipline an entire team? |

Personally, I would never use running as a form of punishment. I would use some type of drill that focus on a skill that is useful in the sport. |

I think that by making the team do something they normally dont have to do and something that is rigorous is the best way for a team to be punished. |
