I am a preservice teacher looking for information on the PEATTID-III for a concurrent research project for a class of mine. I am looking to modify the survery in order to do a study of the varsity athlets at the surrounding high schools in my area. The survery will be handed out to approximately 6 schools. Any help and/ or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
