The Physical Best Committee (PBC) has two open positions for 2007-2010. Candidates are needed to fill positions for Eastern District and Southwest District.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Membership in NASPE for a minimum of two previous years
Reside within the AAHPERD District whose positions rotate that year
Status as a current Physical Best Instructor
Attend meetings of the PBC throughout the entire term of office (one held during the AAHPERD Convention at the expense of the committee member, and one to two additional meetings held each year for which all travel expenses and substitute fees are covered by NASPE) and contribute to the on-going development of the program as described in the PBC operating codes
Applicants may not hold other elective offices within NASPE during their proposed term of office
Applicants’ job situations must permit them the opportunity to carry out their committee job responsibilities effectively
