I think heart rate monitors is a great idea for physical education, but they are so expensive. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about buying them? |

Check out the Polar HRM web site. They have some suggestions and also an example for grant proposals. Check out: http://polarca.com/education/default.asp One suggestion is to contact a local hospital and see what they can offer. It can be a great community resource for a hospital and a way to promote a healthy lifestyle. |

Check out the highmark healthy high five grant. It is a great grant and very easy to fill out. It is only about a page or two and everyone that I know that filled one out has received this grant. Good luck! |
