My classes are 40 minutes long and when we have to move inside I don't have the idea situation for PE space. The gym is used for Church services and is permanently set-up for it. I looked at the DDR system but it would be impossible to set up & take down. I feel great about using the Geo Motion Mats. The kids had fun, stayed safe, and got a moderate to vigerous aerobic workout for 30 minutes. |
