I was wondering if anyone is using devices like EyeToy or Xavix in their PE classes? Do you think using these types of devices in PE would benefit the students? Do you think students would enjoy using these devices in class to add some variety into PE class? |

The Eye Toy is a rather interesting device. It is a great bargain for the money, kids get moving and they think it's fun. They continue to come out with more games, Play 2 has a lot of different choices for all kids. It is a little slow, but for the money you can't beat it. |

I'd be using it in my classes, if I were still teaching! It would be right next to DDR, Nintendo Track Meet, CycleFX (or I guess it is now Cateye), an airstep machine, an AirDyne bike and the treadmill!!! It is in the language that kids understand-technology that stimulates activity...how can you go wrong. Plus, it is something that can be purchased for home use. |

I think the eye toy is a great. ALl kids are playing video games so why not make the video game active. It is something that they enjoy and love to do because it is not boring exercise. |
