Their a lot of ways to test for body composition (BMI, skin folds, and BIA). For my PE class, I want to buy a scale that use the BIA technology with a printout of the results for the students to have. Can you recommend a scale that is both durable and cost effective. Which method of body fat testing do you recommend? |
