I teach a Junior Fitness class and in this class it is based on the health and skill related fitness components. I want my students to improve their abilities to be lifetime physically active. My idea is for the students to create a workout video that pertains a lifetime physical activity like dance, aerobics, kickboxing, step, and etc. I want to know if anyone has tried this and what rubric or criteria for assessment did you use? |
