I have heard various ways to fitness test at the middle school and high school levels. One topic that comes up when fitness testing is students feeling uncomfortable around their peers. Some teachers have done the testing in stations so only a small group of students are together while others have kept the whole class together. Do you think that fitness testing would be more beneficial if done individually? Or do you think this would be a waste of time? |
