I was looking for some ideas about how to bring the kayaking aspect into a PE class. The problem is what if there is no equipment. Is there anyway I could adapt the concept to fit the equipment that may be at a normal PE class?

I have seen some places where there are no actual kayak equipment available, but body boards were used to simulate the motions for rolling a kayak over and paddeling. So maybe you can try out those ideas.
