I'm a future physical educator and I know the importance of physical activity in our daily lives. Obesity is a major epidemic in our country and, as a teacher, I would like to figure out several ways to gain students' interests in becoming physically fit. So many students in physical education classes are not competitors, and these are the ones that need that extra push to get out and get active! How can we push them toward living to increase, not only the quantity of the amount of years they can live, but the quality also? |

I am also a future physical educator, and I believe that it is important to provide a variety of activities for students to participate in. Some students enjoy the typical sports, while other enjoy more fitness related games and exercises. I believe that offering a wide variety of these activities is the key to getting students interested in physical activity. |
