A school is in the process of wanting to purchase some new weights and machines for their weight room. However, the school board is telling the teachers that there is no hope, the money just isn't there. Does anyone have any ideas on how we might be able to get new equipment? |

There are a lot of physical education grants available. Some of them do not require a lot of work. Check out the NASPE site or search for physical education grants. I think you will be surprised what you will find. |

You might want to try going to a equipment manufactuerer and pitch them an idea of promoting physical education. They might model your weight room to other schools as a means to strength training. That might seem a bit unrealistic, but worth a shot. |
