When you say fitness lab, do you mean in terms of athletic training? If so, I would definately have agility ladders and plyometric boxes. Setting it up and how you organize your space is where you want to put most of your thought into. Equipment I would definately have with your budget- power racks, bumper plates, olympic barbells, competition benches, pullup/chinup bars, high and low cable row machine, trap bar (for deadlifts), and dumbbells. Odd object lifting is great also-sandbags are cheap to make, empty kegs 1/4 and 1/2 filled with water. Hope this helps |
