I'm all for teaching lifelong fitness, ut it seems like most middle school kids don't enjoy fitness stations, jogging, things like skipping, lifting weights (8th grade), and fitness equipment. We try to make it fun, but it seems like the kids really don't care. Any thoughts? |

How about the new dance things. I hear they are expensive though. Do you do goal setting. Give a fitness test with awards? Use charts to show how much each one is doing. Im elementary so Im used to little kids that will run through a wall for a sticker |

We have the dance things and do goal setting. Haven't done charts yet, maybe will try that. |
