When I was out field teaching a few eeeks ago, my students and I were playing soccer. While playing a game, a senior girl wound up for a kick and after making contact, kicked way up high and lost her balance and landed right on her hip. I went over to make sure she was okay and she said she was, although I knew she was a little shaken up after the fall. I know in my safety concerns I informed the girls about high kicks and general "know your surroundings" stuff, but could just a random casual fall ever come back to bite me, or even anyone else? |
