What do you think is the most effective way to improve the trunk lift for the FitnessGram? If the goal is to score up to 12 inches, what would you have the class do to improve? So far we have been doing slow trunk lifts about two times per week (started with 5reps, now at 8-10). |

I would think practicing the trunk lift would be the most specific. Not sure if a yoga position would help too? |

Not sure if a yoga position where you go from push-up position then let your hips sag would help too? Any others? |
