High School PE is so vital to our teenagers. How can really institute a fun area of fitness for teenagers who suffer with obesity? Doesn't seem as if they always work harder? How do we make them feel better and want to get healthy? |

Start them out playing volleyball and then get them into soccer. Or establish some personnal fitness goals and activities (hopefully they have a weight room with some aerobic machines to use). Spend time counseling those that are overweight and have been inactive but get some fun games going. We did a Tae Bo video with grades 2-5 the other day and they did a great wkout. |

Start them out with something easy that is not going to make them feel like they can't do it. Give them an easy goal that they can reach and make it a little harder each day. |
