There comes a time when students are unmotivated to run as part of a warm up. Does any one have any proven warm up games?

I always love starting with a good game of tag. There is toilet tag, hospital tag, ant tag and so many more! In a tag game students are to worried about not being tagged or, if they are the tagger, tagging other people. Usually they do not even realize how much out of breath they are until they are done!
