ROUND WHEELS AND SQUARE HOLES - DEEP WATER A 45 min. session. WALL TO LANE DRILLS A 45 min. session. SUPER SET COMBOS - SHALLOW WATER A 45 - 60 min. session SHALLOW TO DEEP WATER LOCOMOTION A 30 min. minimum session. A highly individualized workout in duration, bouyancy equipment needs and objectives so that even the warm-up is dependent on participant needs.
